逍遥散治疗心脏神经官能症随机平行对照研究

Xiaoyaosan Treatment of Cardiac Neurosis Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察逍遥散治疗心脏神经官能症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将200例住院患者按就诊编号顺序方法随机分为两组。对照组100例氟西汀,10mg/次,2次/d;谷维素,10mg/次,3次/d;心悸加心得安,10mg/次,3次/d。治疗组100例逍遥散(当归15g,柴胡6g,白芍、白术10g,炙甘草、香附6g,石菖蒲、郁金各10g,木香6g,百合30g);1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、焦虑、抑郁评分、心电图、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效35例,有效51例,无效14例,总有效率86.00%。对照组显效13例,有效40例,无效47例,总有效率53.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。焦虑、抑郁评分治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]逍遥散治疗心脏神经官能症效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe Jiaweixiaoyao Powder treatment of cardiac neurosis.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,200 cases of hospitalized patients according to treatment randomly divided into two groups numbering sequence.Control group,100 cases of fluoxetine,10mg / times,2 times / d;oryzanol,10mg / time,3 times / d;palpitations plus propranolol,10mg / time,3 times / d.Treatment group Xiaoyaosan(Danggui 15g,Chaihu 6g,Baishao,Baishu 10g,zhigancao,Xiangfu 6g,Shichangpu,Yunjin 10g,Muxiang 6g,Baihe 30g);1 does / d,decoction 200mL,sooner or later orally.Observation of clinical symptoms,anxiety,depression score,ECG,adverse reactions.2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]treatment group 35 cases,effective 51 cases,ineffective in 14 cases,total effective rate 86.00%.Control group,13 cases were markedly effective in 40 cases,ineffective in 47 cases,total effective rate 53.00%.Treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).Anxiety and depression scores improve treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]modified Xiaoyaosan treatment of cardiac neurosis effect is remarkable,worthy of promotion.
