潜阳封髓丹治疗慢性咽炎随机平行对照研究

Latent Yang Sealing Pulp Dan Random Parallel Control Study for the Treatment of Chronic Pharyngitis

[目的]观察潜阳封髓丹治疗慢性咽炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按单盲法随机分为两组。对照组45例阿莫西林胶囊,0.5g/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组55例潜阳封髓丹(炙龟板、上肉桂、射干各15g,焦黄柏9g,砂仁、桔梗、千张纸、炙甘草各10g,细辛6g,骨碎补、生龙骨、生牡蛎、炒白术各20g)。1剂/d,水煎3次,200mL/次,3次/d,饭后口服。服用期间停用抗生素等其它药物。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈26例,有效25例,无效4例,总有效率92.73%。对照组痊愈16例,有效16例,无效13例,总有效率71.11%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]潜阳封髓丹治疗慢性咽炎效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the latent Yang pulp Dan curative effect on chronic pharyngitis.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,100 cases of clinic patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the single blind method.Control group 45 cases of antibiotics,0.5 g/time,3 times/d,oral.Treatment group(55 cases of latent Yang sealing pulp Dan(Zhiguiban,Shangrougui,Shegan each 15g,Jiaohuangbai 9g,Sharen,Jiegeng,Qianzhangzhi,Zhigancao each 10g,Xixin 6g,Gusuibu,Shenglonggu,Shengmuli,Chaobaishu 20g).1/d,water frying 3,200 ml/time,3 times/d,oral after dinner.During the period of taking stop using antibiotics and other drugs.Continuous treatment of 14d to 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment,judge curative effect.[Results]The treatment group(26 cases cured,effective 25 cases,4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 92.73%.Control group healed in 16 cases,16 cases,13 cases,total effective rate was 71.11%.The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Latent Yang pulp Dan has the significant effect of chronic pharyngitis,worthy of promotion.
