生化汤加味促进产后子宫缩复随机平行对照研究

Shenghua Decoction Promote of Postpartum Uterine Retraction Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[目的]观察生化汤加味促进产后子宫缩复疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将134例住院患者按数字随机表法分为两组。对照组67例益母草颗粒(扬子江药业集团有限公司,国药准字Z32020415,15g/袋),7.5g/次,2次/d,冲水服用。治疗组67例生化汤加味(生化汤原方:当归、川穹、桃仁各10g,炮姜、炙甘草各6g加党参15g,怀牛膝10g,益母草30g,炒蒲黄10g等)。乳汁少加王不留行及通草;汗多加五味子及防风;纳差加白术、神曲及焦山楂;大便干燥加大黄等;1剂/d,水煎取汁200mL,早晚服用,产后5～10h开始服用。连续治疗5d为1疗程。观测临床症状、子宫缩复、产后21d恶露干净率、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,随访1个月,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效63例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率98.51%。对照组显效42例,有效17例,无效8例,总有效率88.06%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。产妇子宫缩复总有效率及产后5d恶露干净率治疗组优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。[结论]生化汤加味能够有效促使产后子宫缩复、减少恶露,效果理想。

[Objective]Observed Shenghua Decoction postpartum uterine contractions effect.[Methods] Using randomized controlled method,134 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly assigned into two groups of numbers.Control group,67 cases Motherwort particles,7.5g / time,2 times / d,flushing take.Treatment group 67 cases Shenghua Decoction,in the original Shenghua Decoction(Danggui,Chuangxiong,Taoren each 10g,Paojiang,Zhigancao 6g)based on the Dangshen 15g,Huainiuxi 10g,Yimucao 30g,Puhuang fried 10g,etc..Pro Modified disease:less milk plus Wangbuliuxing and Tongcao;sweat more Wuweizi and Fangfeng;anorexia plus Baishu,Shenqu and Jiaoshanzha;increased dry stool Dahuang;1 / d,decoction juice 200mL,sooner or later take postpartum 5 ～ 10h to start taking.5d is a continuous course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,uterine contractions,the total effective rate of postpartum 21d lochia clean and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of a course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]treatment group 63 cases,effective in 3 cases,1 case,the total efficiency 98.51%.Control group,42 cases markedly effective in 17 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency of 88.06%.Treatment group than the control group(P <0.05).Maternal uterine contractions total efficiency and postpartum lochia clean and 5d rate than the control group,the treatment group(P <0.05).[Conclusion]Biochemical decoction postpartum uterine contractions can Biochemical decoction postpartum uterine contractions can effectively promote uterine contractions and reduce the lochia,with more satisfactory clinical results.
