茵栀黄口服液联合光照、苯巴比妥、妈咪爱治疗新生儿黄疸随机平行对照研究

Wormwood Zhi Yellow Oral Liquid Joint Light Therapy,Phenobarbital,Mommy Love Random Parallel Control Study Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice

[目的]观察茵栀黄口服液联合光照疗法、苯巴比妥、妈咪爱治疗新生儿黄疸疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按抽签方法随机分为两组。对照组40例①光照疗法:新生儿裸体卧于光疗箱,蓝光照射8～12h/d。②苯巴比妥,4～8mg/kg,1次/d,新生儿出生第一周静注。③妈咪爱,0.5g/次,1次/d。治疗组40例茵栀黄口服液,5mL/支,2次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血清胆红素、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈29例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率92.50%。对照组痊愈20例,有效11例,无效9例,总有效率77.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血清胆红素两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)[结论]茵栀黄口服液联合光照疗法、苯巴比妥、妈咪爱治疗新生儿黄疸效果显著,值得推广使用。

[Objective]To observe the wormwood Zhi yellow oral liquid joint light therapy,phenobarbital,mommy love curative effect of neonatal jaundice.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,80 cases of clinic patients were randomly divided into two groups by the draw method,control group 40 cases(1)light therapy:neonatal naked lie in phototherapy box,blue light 8 ～ 12 h/d(.2)phenobarbital,4 ～ 8 mg/kg,1 / d,on the birth of the first zhou jing.(3)mother love,0.5 g/times,1 / d.Treatment group(40 cases of Zhi yellow oral liquid,5 ml/teams,2 times/d;Western medicine treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment of 7 d for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and serum bilirubin,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment,judge curative effect.[Results]the treatment group 29 cases cured,8 cases,3 had no effect,the total effective rate was 92.50%.Control group 20 patients cured,effective in 11 cases,9 no effect,the total effective rate was 77.50%.The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Serum bilirubin in the two groups were improved(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05)[Conclusion]Wormwood Zhi yellow oral liquid,phenobarbital,mommy love has the significant effect of neonatal jaundice,worthy of promotion of use.
