活血通脉汤联合西药治疗老年脑梗死随机平行对照研究

Huoxuetongmai Soup Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察活血通脉汤联合西药治疗老年脑梗死疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将82例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。降压、脱水、改善脑循环等对症支持治疗,对于合并高血压、糖尿病、高血脂症患者,给予积极对症治疗。对照组41例维脑路通400mg+0.9%生理盐水或5%葡萄糖250mL,静滴,1次/d。治疗组41例活血通脉汤(地龙、全蝎、天麻、川芎各15g,黄芪、当归、丹参各20g,半夏、红花、香附、三七各10g),1剂/d,水煎取汁400mL,早晚服用。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、神经功能缺损评分、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈12例,显效19例,有效6例,无效4例,总有效率90.24%。对照组痊愈8例,显效14例,有效8例,无效11例,总有效率73.17%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组神经功能缺损评分均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]活血通脉汤联合西药治疗老年脑梗死效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]Observed Huoxuetongmai soup combined with western medicine treatment of senile cerebral infarction.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,82 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups.Blood pressure,dehydration,improve cerebral circulation and other symptomatic and supportive treatment for hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia patients given active symptomatic treatment.Control group,41 cases venoruton 400mg +0.9% saline or 5% dextrose 250mL,iv,1 times / d.Treatment group 41 cases Huoxuetongmai soup(Dilong,Quanxie,Tianma,Chuanxiong 15g,Huangqi,Danggui,Danshen each 20g,Banxia,Honghua,Xiangfu,Sanqi each 10g,1 does / d,decoction juice 400mL,sooner or later take.Western medicine with the control group.14d is a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,neurological function,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of a course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 12 cases,19 cases were markedly effective in 6 cases,4 cases,the total efficiency of 90.24%.The control group recovered eight cases,effective in 14 cases,8 cases,11 cases,the total efficiency 73.17%.Treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).Two neurological deficit scores were improved(P<0.01),improvement in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Huoxuetongmai decoction combined with western medicine treatment of senile cerebral infarction effect is remarkable,worthy of promotion.
