补阳还五汤+止痉散辨证分型联合针刺治疗中风随机平行对照研究

Tonifying Yang also Five Decoction Plus Antispasmodic of Scattered Random Parallel Control Study with Acupuncture Therapy in Stroke

[目的]观察补阳还五汤+止痉散辨证分型联合针刺治疗中风疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将62例门诊及住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组32例针刺,半身不遂,上肢取肩髃、曲池、手三里、内关、合谷;下肢取环跳、委中、足三里、阳陵泉、血海、承山、三阴交、太溪、太冲。口眼歪斜、言语蹇塞,头面部取百会、风府、太阳、地仓、攒竹、人中、下关、哑门、廉泉。分头面部、上肢、下肢取穴8～10个,各组穴位交替使用,针刺得气后,留针30min,针刺1次/d。疗程完后休息3～5d,再作第2疗程。治疗组30例补阳还五汤(黄芪40～60g,赤芍15g,当归尾、川芎、桃仁、红花、地龙各10g)+止痉散(全蝎5g,蜈蚣2条)。1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服。针刺治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈15例,显著进步11例,进步4例,无效2例,总有效率93.75%。对照组痊愈8例,显著进步7例,进步6例,无效9例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补阳还五汤+止痉散辨证分型联合针刺治疗中风效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the tonifying Yang also five decoction plus antispasmodic of scattered with acupuncture therapy in stroke curative effect.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,62 cases of outpatient and inpatient is divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group,32 cases of acupuncture hemiplegia,upper limbs take shoulder Yu,li 11,hand three mile,closed in,valley;Lower limbs take gb 30,bilateral,foot three mile,gb 34,blood,bl 57,three vaginal intercourse,too creek,lr 3.Mouth askew,speech Jian plug,head of facial will take best,wind house,the sun,warehouse,saving the bamboo,people,shimonoseki,ya men,CV 23.Separately face,upper limbs,lower limbs find 8 ～ 10,each point used interchangeably,after acupuncture needling,30 min,retaining needle acupuncture 1/d.Treatment group 30 cases for Yang also five soup(Huangshi 40 ～ 60g,Chishao 15g,Dangguiwei,Chuanqiong,Taoren,Honghua,Dilong10g)+ antispasmodic powder(Quanxie 5g,Wugong 2).1/d,boiling water 300 ml,oral sooner or later.Acupuncture treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment of 10 d to 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment,judge curative effect.[Results]The treatment group(15 cases cured,remarkable progress in 11 cases,progress in 4 cases,2 had no effect,the total effective rate was 93.75%.Control group 8 cases recovered,significant progress in 7 cases,6 cases progress,9 no effect,the total effective rate was 70.00%.The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Tonifying Yang also five decoction.[Conclusion]Antispasmodic of scattered with acupuncture therapy in stroke effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
