中西医护理维持性血液透析动-静脉内瘘110例临床观察

Integrative Care Hemodialysis Move - arteriovenous Fistula 110 Cases of Clinical Observation

[目的]观察中西医护理维持性血液透析动-静脉内瘘疗效。[方法]将110例住院及门诊患者采用中西医结合术前护理、术后护理、内瘘使用期间的护理、内瘘常见并发症的观察以及治疗。连续护理15d为1疗程。观测护理疗效、不良反应。连续护理2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈71例,显效28例,有效6例,无效5例,总有效率95.45%。[结论]中西医护理维持性血液透析动-静脉内瘘效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the Western nursing hemodialysis move-arteriovenous fistula treatment.[Methods]110 cases were treated in inpatient and outpatient Integrative preoperative care,postoperative care,care during use fistula,fistula common complication of observation and treatment.15d is a continuum of care treatment.Observations care effects,adverse reactions.Continuum of care two treatments to determine efficacy.[Results]71 cases cured,28 cases markedly effective in 6 cases,5 cases,the total efficiency of 95.45%.[Conclusion]Integrative Care hemodialysis move-arteriovenous fistula effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
