中风醒脑化痰方联合西医治疗脑出血随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察中风醒脑化痰方联合西医治疗脑出血疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将160例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组80例常规西医治疗,护理患者吸氧,确保呼吸道顺畅;实施颅内压降低以及脑保护;有效控制血压和血糖。治疗组80例中风醒脑化痰方(水蛭粉2g,川芎6g,黄连、胆南星各10g,黄芩、栀子、川贝母各12g,天麻15g,郁金、菖蒲各20g,钩藤、茯苓、泽泻各30g);1剂/d,水煎100mL,早晚口服。西医治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、CSS和BI评分、MMP-9水平和VEGF水平、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈42例,显效27例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率96.25%。对照组痊愈29例,显效26例,有效14例,无效11例,总有效率86.25%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。症状、体征积分两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中风醒脑化痰方治疗脑出血效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective ]Observe stroke refreshing phlegm parties combined western medicine cerebral hemorrhage.[ Methods ]Using randomized controlled method of 160 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group of 80 cases of conventional Western medicine,nursing patient oxygen,ensure the airway smooth;implementation reduces intracranial pressure and cerebral protection;effective control of blood pressure and blood sugar. Treatment group 80 cases of stroke refreshing phlegm square( Shuizhifen 2g,Chuanxiong 6g,Huanglian,Dannanxing of 10g,Huangcen,Zhizi,Chuanbeimu each 12g,Tianma 15g,Yujin,Chanpu each 20g,Gouteng,Fuling,Zexie each 30g);1dose/ d,decoction 100mL,sooner or later orally. Western medicine with the control group. 14d is a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,CSS and BI scores,MMP-9 and VEGF levels,adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[ Results ]The cure 42 cases,effective in 27 cases,8 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency of 96.25%. Control group cured 29 cases,effective in 26 cases,effective in 14 cases,ineffective in 11 cases,total effective rate 86.25%. Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05). Symptoms and signs improved in both groups(P<0.05),improvement in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).[ Conclusion ]Stroke Treatment of cerebral hemorrhage refreshing phlegm effect is remarkable,worthy of promotion.
