益气活血汤联合西医治疗2型糖尿病并发脑梗塞随机平行对照研究

Yiqi Huoxue Decoction Combined Western Medicine Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated by Cerebral Infarction Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察益气活血汤联合西医治疗2型糖尿病并发脑梗塞疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊及住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组30例积极调整血压,并进行吸氧以及纠正酸碱失衡等状态,对于颅内水肿者采用脱水治疗降低颅内压,通过降压药稳定血糖水平。治疗组30例益气活血汤(黄芪30g,熟地黄、丹参各20g,枸杞、山茱萸、川芎、地龙各12g,水蛭8g、石菖蒲各8g);1剂/d,全自动入药煎药机煎煮,水煎250mL,2袋/剂,1袋/次,早晚餐后30min服用。其他治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血液流动力学变化、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效21例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率93.30%。对照组治愈15例,有效6例,无效9例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血液流动力学变化治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益气活血汤联合西医治疗2型糖尿病并发脑梗塞效果显著,值得推广。

Other treatments with the control group. 15d is a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,blood hemodynamics,adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 3 courses,to determine efficacy.[ Results ]treatment group,21 cases markedly effective,7 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 93.30%. Control group,15cases were cured,effective in 6 cases,18 cases,total effective rate 70.00%. Treatment group than the control group(P<0.05). Blood flow dynamics treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).[ Conclusion ]Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined Western medicine treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by cerebral effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
