附子理中汤治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性结肠炎随机平行对照研究

Aconite Decoction in the Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency Type Chronic Colitis Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察附子理中汤治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性结肠炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将76例住院患者按就诊顺序编号法随机分为两组。对照组44例柳氮磺胺吡啶片,1g/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组32例附子理中汤(炮姜、白术、人参、炮附子各10g,炙甘草6g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显著改善18例,改善13例,无效1例,总有效率96.88%。对照组显著改善20例,改善17例,无效7例,总有效率84.09%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]附子理中汤治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性结肠炎效果显著,值得推广使用。

[Objective]To observe the aconite decoction in the spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type curative effect of chronic colitis.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,76 cases of hospitalized patients with will,according to the doctor order numbering method is divided into two groups. Control group of44 cases of oral willow nitrogen sulfanilamide pyridine 1 g/time,3 times/d,oral. Treatment group(32 cases of aconite decoction(Paojing,Baishu,Rensheng,Paofuzi every 10g,Zhigancao 6g),1/d,water frying 300mL,oral sooner or later. 14d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. 0 continuous treatment course of treatment. Judge curative effect.[Results]18 cases in treatment group improved significantly,improve the 13 cases,improvement in 1 case,the total effective rate was 96.88%. Control group significantly improve 20 cases,17 were improved,7 had no effect,the total effective rate was 84.09%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P< 0.05). In aconite decoction.[Conclusion]The spleen kidney Yang deficiency type chronic colitis effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
