知黄汤治疗阴虚热盛型消渴随机平行对照研究

Zhihuang Soup to Treat Yin Deficiency Type Hotness Collateral Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察知黄汤治疗阴虚热盛型消渴病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将112例门诊患者按随机数字表分为两组。对照组56例口服格列吡嗪缓释片5mg/次,1次/d,早餐前服用。治疗组56例知黄汤(地骨皮、生地各15g,知母、玉竹各20g,丹参10g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效34例,有效11例,好转9例,无效2例,总有效率80.35%。对照组显效29例,有效8例,好转14例,无效5例,总有效率66.07%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组血糖均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组血脂均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]知黄汤治疗阴虚热盛型消渴病疗效显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe to know when the curative effect of treating Yin deficiency type collateral hotness.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,112 cases of clinic patients into two groups according to random number table. Control group 56 cases of oral glipizidezyban 5 mg/times,1 / d,before breakfast. Treatment group(56 cases know when(to skin and bones,radix rehmanniae each 15 g,rhizomaanemarrhenae,jade bamboo each 20 g,salvia miltiorrhiza,10 g),1 / d,boiling water 300 ml,oral sooner or later. Continuous treatment of 30 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,fasting blood sugar,2 h postprandial blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglycerides,and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 1 treatment course,judge curative effect.[Results]the treatment group(34 cases were markedly improved,effective in 11 cases,9 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,total effective rate was 80.35%. Control group29 cases had marked effect,8 cases effectively,improvement in 14 cases,5 cases failed,the total effective rate was 66.07%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05). Two groups of blood glucose were improved(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05),are shown in table 3. Two groups of blood lipid were improved(P<0.05),the treatment group improved better than that of control group(P<0.05),are shown in table 4.[Conclusion]Know when Yin deficiency type of collateral hotness with obvious therapeutic effect,worthy of promotion of use.
