小青龙汤联合西药治疗慢性支气管炎随机平行对照研究

A Randomized Controlled Trial of Xiaoqinglong Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in The Treatment of Chronic Bronchitis

[目的]观察小青龙汤联合西药治疗慢性支气管炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将74例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组37例,抗感染、吸氧、解痉平喘、祛痰。头孢呋辛钠1.5g/次,2次/d,口服。急性加重期,持续低流量吸氧,异丙托溴铵1mL,2次/d,雾化吸入;祛痰,氨溴索60mg/次,3次/d,静滴,营养支持。治疗组37例,方选小青龙汤(半夏、制附子、杏仁各9g,陈皮、枇杷叶、菊花、川贝、五味子、桂枝母各10g,桑叶、芦根、山萸肉、党参、白术、茯苓各12g,黄芪15g),1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈10例,显效13例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率94.59%。对照组痊愈6例,显效10例,有效12例,无效9例,总有效率75.68%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]小青龙汤联合西药治疗慢性支气管炎效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic bronchitis.[Methods]Using randomized controlled Methods,74 patients were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 37 cases,anti infection,spasmolysis,oxygen,expectorant. Cefuroxime sodium 1.5g/,2/d,oral. Acute exacerbation,persistent low flow oxygen inhalation,ipratropium bromide 1mL,2 /d,atomizing inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride;expectorant,to 60mg/,3/d,intravenous drip,adequate nutritional support. The treatment group of 37 cases,choose Xiaoqinglong Decoction(Banxia,Zhifuzi,Xinren each 9g,Chenpi,Pipaye,Juhua,Chuanbei,Wuweizi,Guizhimu each10g,Sanye,Lugeng,Shanyurou,Dansheng,Baishu,Fulin each 12g,Huangqi 15g),400mL decoction,1doses/d sooner or later,oral. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment with10d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reaction. Continuous 3 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]The treatment group cured 10 cases,effective in 13 cases,effective 12 cases,invalid2 cases,the total efficiency of 94.59%. The control group cured 6 cases,effective in 10 cases,effective 12cases,invalid 9 cases,the total efficiency of 75.68%. The treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with western medicine treatment of chronic bronchitis,significant effect,worthy of promotion.
