胃舒颗粒抗大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡作用机制随机平行对照研究

ShuParticles to Sustain the Rat Stomach Pylorus Ligature Gastric Ulcer Mechanism of Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察胃舒颗粒抗对幽门结扎型胃溃疡大鼠的影响。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将SPF级大鼠60只按随机数字表法分为6组:空白组、模型组、胃舒颗粒高、中、低剂量组及奥美拉唑对照组,每组10只。建立大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡模型,检测干预前后各组溃疡面积、胃液pH值、胃蛋白酶活性、胃粘膜组织病理的变化。[结果]胃舒颗粒高、中剂量组能显著减少胃溃疡面积,以及抑制胃液分泌量、降低胃液pH值和抑制胃蛋白酶活性,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]胃舒颗粒对幽门结扎型胃溃疡大鼠具有一定的保护作用。

[Objective]To observe the stomach shu particles resistance effect on type pylorus ligature gastric ulcer in rats.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,the SPF rats 60 according to random number table method is divided into 6 groups:blank group,model group,the stomach shu particles high,medium and low dose group and omeprazole control group,each group of 10. Type pylorus ligature gastric ulcer of rats model,test before and after the intervention groups of ulcer area,gastric juice pH value,pepsin activity and gastric mucosal tissue pathological changes.[Results]The stomach shu particles of high,middle dose group can significantly reduce the area of gastric ulcer,and inhibit the secretion of gastric juice volume,reduce gastric juice PH value and restrain activity of pepsin,compared with the model group had significant difference(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Shu particles to type pylorus ligature gastric ulcer rats has a certain protective effect.
