热毒宁治疗儿童脓疱疮与阿洛西林钠等效性随机平行对照研究

Reduning Injection and Azlocillin Sodium for Injection in Treatment of Children with Impetigo Equivalence Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[目的]观察热毒宁注射液与注射用阿洛西林钠治疗儿童脓疱疮等效性。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将240例患者按就诊顺序编号方法随机分为两组,对照组120例注射用阿洛西林钠,75mg/kg+5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液l00~200mL,2次/d,静滴。治疗组120例热毒宁注射液,2~5岁,6mL+5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液50~100mL,30~40滴/min;6~10岁,10mL+5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液l00~200mL,30~60滴/min;11~13岁,15mL+5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液200~250mL,30~60滴/min;1次/d,静滴。连续治疗3d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈82例,有效30例,无效8例,总有效率93.33%,痊愈率69.17%;对照组痊愈85例,有效28例,无效7例,总有效率94.17%,痊愈率70.83%。总有效率、痊愈率两组间无明显差异(P】0.05)。[结论]热毒宁注射液与注射用阿洛西林钠治疗儿童脓疱疮具有等效性。

[Objective]To observe Reduning injection and azlocillin sodium for injection in treatment of children with impetigo equivalence.[Methods]Using randomized controlled Methods,240 cases of patients according to the order number method and were randomly divided into two groups,120 cases in the control group azlocillin sodium for injection,0.9% 75mg/kg+5% glucose injection or sodium chloride injection of l00 ~ 200mL,2/d,intravenous drip. The treatment group of 120 cases of Reduning injection,2 to 5 years old,6mL+5% of 0.9% glucose injection or sodium chloride injection 50 ~ 100mL,30 ~ 40 drops of/min;6 to 10years old,10mL+5% of 0.9% glucose injection or sodium chloride injection of l00 ~ 200mL,30 ~ 60 drops of/min;11 to 13 years old,15mL+5% or 0.9% glucose injection sodium chloride injection 200 ~ 250mL,30~60 drops of/min;1/d,intravenous drip. Continuous treatment with 3D for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]The treatment group cured 82 cases,effective 30 cases,invalid 8 cases,total effective rate was 93.33%,the cure rate was69.17%;the control group 85 cases were cured,28 cases effective,7 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 94.17%,cure rate 70.83%. Total effective rate,the cure rate between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).[Conclusion]The effect of Reduning Injection in treatment of children with impetigo obviously,no obvious side effect,is worth popularizing.
