犀角地黄汤联合西药治疗小儿过敏性紫癜随机平行对照研究

When Rhino Horn to Combined Western Medicine Treatment of Pediatric Allergic Purpura Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察犀角地黄汤联合西药治疗小儿过敏性紫癜疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将40例住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组20例上呼吸道感染,西替利嗪,10mg/次,1次/d,口服;芦丁片,20mg/次,3次/d,口服;VitC5g+5%的葡萄糖盐水50mL,1次/d,静滴;腹痛,氢化可的松100mg+5%的葡萄糖盐水150mL,1次/d,静滴。治疗组20例犀角地黄汤(生地黄、水牛角、红花、茜草、蒲公英、连翘各10g,赤芍、白芍、牡丹皮各15g,益母草、白花蛇舌草各20g,三七3g,紫草30g,防风、甘草、荆芥各5g。腹痛加元胡10g;关节痛加川牛膝15g;肾型加小蓟、大蓟各10g,白茅根20g;紫癜反复发作加女贞子、旱莲草各10g,黄芪30g;皮肤瘙痒加地肤子、蝉蜕各10g;蛋白尿加黄芪30g)。1剂/d,水煎200mL,100mL/次,2次/d。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈8例,显效8例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率95.00%。对照组治愈5例,显效8例,有效3例,无效4例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]犀角地黄汤联合西药治疗小儿过敏性紫癜效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the horn when combined western medicine curative effect in the treatment of pediatric allergic purpura.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,the 40 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the draw method. Control group 20cases of cetirizine,10 mg/times,1/d,oral;Rutin,20 mg/time,3 times/d,oral;VitC5g + 5% glucose saline 50ml,1 static drop,1/d;Abdominal pain,hydrocortisone 100 mg + 5% glucose saline 150 ml,1 / d,static drops.When treatment group 20 cases horn(Shengdihuang,Shuiniujiao,Honhhua,Qiancao,Fugongying,Lianqiao each 10g,Chishao,Baishao,Mudanpi each 15g,Yimucao,Baihuasheshecao each 20g,Sanqi 3g,Zicao 30g,Fangfeng,Gancao,Jingjie 5g;abdominal pain Yuanhu10g;joint pain and Chuanniuxi 15g;kidney type with field Xiaoji,Daji each 10g,Baimaogen 20g;purpura repeated attacks and Nvzhenzi,Hanliancao each 10g,Huangshi 30g,itchy skin and Difuzi,Chantui every 10g;proteinuria and Huangshi 30g). Water decoction,1/d,2 times/d. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 21d 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 1 treatment course,judge curative effect.[Results]The treatment group 8 cases cured,8 cases were markedly improved,3 cases ineffective in 1case,and the total effective rate was 95.00%. Control group cure in 5 cases,8 cases were markedly effective,effective in 3,4 had no effect,the total effective rate was 80.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).When combined western medicine therapy.[Conclusion]The horns effect is remarkable,children allergic purpura is worth promoting.
