温阳活血散联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变随机平行对照研究

Wenyang Huoxue Powder Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[目的]观察温阳活血散联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50例住院患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组25例维生素B1片,20mg/次,3次/d,口服;甲钴胺注射液,500μg/次,3次/7d,肌注。治疗组25例温阳活血散(附子、黄芪各30g,乳香15g,灸甘草、干姜各10g)。1剂/d,水煎5000mL,外用泡脚。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血糖、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈14例,好转7例,无效4例,总有效率84.00%。对照组痊愈9例,好转7例,无效9例,总有效率64.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血糖均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)[结论]温阳活血散联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果显著,值得推广。
