冠心宁联合西药治疗冠心病随机平行对照研究

Guanxinning Injection Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease of Random Parallel Control

[目的]观察冠心宁注射液联合西药治疗冠心病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将82例住院患者按抽签方法随机分为两组,对照组36例硝酸之类药物、阿司匹林、β受体阻滞剂等。治疗组46例冠心宁注射液10mL+5%葡糖糖溶液500mL,1次/d,静滴。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、甘油三酯、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效7例,有效32例,无效7例,总有效率84.78%。对照组显效3例,有效22例,无效11例,总有效率69.44%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。甘油三酯两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]冠心宁注射液联合西药治疗冠心病效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the effect of Guanxinning Injection Combined with western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease.[Method]using randomized controlled Methods,82 patients were in the draw methodwere randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in the control group,aspirinlike drugs nitrate,beta blockers,the treatment group of 46 cases ofGuanxinning Injection 10mL+5% glucose solution 500mL,1 /d,intravenous drip;western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 2 weeks as 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,lipid metabolism,adverse reaction. Continuous 2courses of treatment,the curative effect. 7 cases of group therapy.[Results]32 cases were effective,7 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 84.78%. The control group was 3 cases,effective 22 cases,invalid 11 cases,the total efficiency of 69.44%. The treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).Triglycerides in the two groups were improved(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Guanxinning Injection Combined with western medicine in treatment of coronary heart disease significantly effect,is worthy to be popularized.
