辨证分型联合西药治疗心肾阳虚、气阴亏虚缺血性心肌病随机平行对照研究

Syndrome Differentiation Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Heart And Kidney Yang,Qi Yin Deficiency of Ischemic Cardiomyopathy of Random Parallel Control

[目的]观察辨证分型联合西药治疗心肾阳虚、气阴亏虚缺血性心肌病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将30例住院患者按抽签方法随机分为两组,对照组15例阿司匹林,硝酸酯,利尿剂,洋地黄以及血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂等。治疗组15例①心肾阳虚使用心衰一号(生黄芪40g,人参、桂枝各6g,车前子15g,红花4g,附子6g),1剂/d,水煎100mL,早晚口服。②气阴亏虚使用心衰二号(生黄芪40g,五味子10g,丹参、干地黄、麦冬各15g),1剂/d,水煎100mL,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心脏超声、6min步行、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈6例,显效4例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊愈3例,显效4例,有效4例,无效4例,总有效率73.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。心脏超声及6min步行指标两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证分型联合西药治疗心肾阳虚、气阴亏虚缺血性心肌病效果显著,值得推广使用。

[Objective]To observe the differentiation combined with western medicine in the treatment of heart and kidney yang,Qi Yin deficiency of ischemic cardiomyopathy.[Methods]Using randomized controlled Methods,30 patients were in the draw method were randomly divided into two groups,15 cases in the control group and aspirin,nitrates,diuretics,digitalis and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors. The treatment group of 15 cases of heart and kidney yang deficiency with heart failure,Shenghuangshi 40g,Renshen,Guizhi,Fuzi 6g,Cheqianzi 15g,Honghua 4g,1 doses of /d,water simmer in water 100mL,sooner or later oral. The Qi Yin deficiency with heart failure two,Shenghuangshi 40g,Wuweizi 10g,Danshen,Gandihuang,Maidong15g,1/d,water simmer in water 100mL,sooner or later oral western medicine treatment with the control group.1 months of continuous treatment of 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms,cardiac ultrasound,6min walking,adverse reaction. Continuous 1 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]The treatment group 6 cases were cured,4 cases markedly effective,effective 4 cases,invalid 1 cases,the total efficiency of93.33%. The control group 3 cases were cured,4 cases markedly effective,effective 4 cases,invalid 4 cases,the total efficiency of 73.33%.The treatment group was better than control group(P< 0.05). Echocardiography and 6min walking index of the two groups were improved(P< 0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05).[Conclusion]Syndrome differentiation combined with western medicine in the treatment of heart and kidney yang,Qi Yin deficiency of ischemic cardiomyopathy effect is significant,worthy of popularization.
