柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤联合尼尔雌醇治疗更年期潮热随机平行对照研究

Chaihu Longgu Mulish Soup Joint Neil Random Parallel Control Study Female Alcohol in the Treatment of Menopausal Hot Flashes

[目的]观察柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤联合尼尔雌醇治疗更年期潮热疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊及住院患者按就诊顺序编号法随机分为两组。对照组50例尼尔雌醇5mg/次,1次/30d;或2mg/次,1次/14d。症状改善后维持量每次1~2mg,2次/30d。治疗组50例柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤(柴胡20g,茯苓9g,大黄后下4g,半夏、人参、黄芩、桂枝、生龙骨、生牡蛎各10g,大枣、炒枣仁各5g)。1剂/d,凉水浸泡1h后煎40min,水煎200mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈50例,有效0例,无效0例,总有效率100%。对照组痊愈22例,有效10例,无效18例,总有效率64.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P【0.01)。[结论]柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤联合尼尔雌醇治疗更年期潮热效果显著,值得推广。

Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment,judge curative effect.[Results]The treatment group cure 50 cases,0 cases,0 no effect,the total effective rate was 100%. Control group recover 22 cases,10 cases were effective,18 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 64.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05). Oyster soup.[Conclusion]Radix bupleuri keel joint Neil female alcohol in the treatment of menopausal hot flashes effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
