养血清脑颗粒联合维拉帕米治疗偏头痛随机平行对照研究

Yangxueqingnao Granule Combined with Vera Pammy Hydrochloride in Treating Migraine Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察养血清脑颗粒联合盐酸维拉帕米治疗偏头痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将62例门诊患者按抽签方法随机分为两组,对照组31例盐酸维拉帕米片,40mg/次,3次/d,治疗组31例养血清脑颗粒,4g/次,3次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、头痛强度分级、VAS评分、TCD血流速度、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效18例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率93.55%。对照组显效14例,有效8例,无效9例,总有效率70.97%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。头痛强度、VAS评分、TCD血流速度治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]养血清脑颗粒联合盐酸维拉帕米治疗偏头痛效果显著,值得推广使用。

[Objective]Observation on effect of Yangxueqingnao Granule Combined with Vera Pammy hydrochloride to treat migraine.[Methods]Using randomized controlled Methods,62 patients were in the draw method were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of 31 cases of verapamil hydrochloride tablets,40mg/,3 /d,31 cases in the treatment group to raise serum brain granule,4g/ times,3 times /d;western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 4 weeks as 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,headache intensity grade,VAS score,TCD velocity,adverse reaction. Continuous 1 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]The treatment group was 18 cases,effective 11 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total efficiency of 93.55%. The control group was 14 cases,effective 8 cases, invalid 9 cases,the total efficiency of 70.97%. The treatment group was better than control group(P < 0.05). Headache intensity,VAS score,TCD blood flow velocity in the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion]Yangxueqingnao Granule Combined with Vera Pammy hydrochloride is effective in treatment of migraine,is worthy to be popularized.
