阑尾清瘀汤联合脐部贴敷及针灸治疗慢性单纯性阑尾炎随机平行对照研究

Since the Desilting Soup Joint Navel Stick to Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Appendix Apply and Acupuncture Treatment of Chronic Simple Appendicitis Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察自拟阑尾清淤汤联合脐部贴敷及针灸治疗慢性单纯性阑尾炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将84例门诊患者按抽签方法随机分为两组。对照组42例阿莫西林0.5g/次,2次/d。治疗组42例自拟阑尾清淤汤(炒薏苡仁、败酱草各15g,生大黄20g,香附、陈皮、木香各10g),1剂/d,水煎30mL,早晚口服。脐部贴敷(香附、川楝子、紫花地丁各6g,芒硝、赤芍各10g),研磨,用蜜调制,成糊贴于脐部,托玛琳胶布覆盖。针灸,主穴为阑尾穴,配穴为关元、足三里、下脘、太冲。泻法,留针30min^1h,隔15min强刺激1次,按压3次/d,30min/次。连续治疗3d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈38例,有效2例,无效2例,痊愈率95.24%。对照组痊愈34例,有效1例,无效7例,痊愈率83.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。随访病例中治疗组一年复发1例,二年复发1例,三年复发0例,复发率5.41%,对照组一年复发2例,二年复发2例,三年复发3例,复发率22.58%。复发率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]自拟中药阑尾清淤汤联合脐部贴敷及针灸治疗慢性单纯性阑尾炎效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)appendix desilting soup joint navel stick apply and acupuncture treatment of chronic simple appendicitis curative effect.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,according to 84 clinic patients will randomly divided into two groups according to the draw method. The control group,42 cases of amoxicillin 0.5g/2 times/d. Treatment group(42cases from traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)appendix desilting soup,Chaoyiyiren,Baijiangcao each 15g,Shengdahuang 20g,Xiangfu,Chenpi,Muxiang10g.1/d,decoction 30 ml,oral sooner or later. Navel stick apply,Xaingfu,Chuanlianzi,Zihuadidin each 6g,Mangxiao,Chishao10g. Grinding with honey modulation, stick in the navel paste,ms tomalin tape covered. Acupuncture and moxibustion,the main hole hole for appendix,match point for guan yuan,foot three mile,CV 10,lr3. Reducing method of retaining needle 30 min ~ 1h,1 time every 15 min strong stimulation,3 times/d,30 min/time. Continuous treatment of 3 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment,judge curative effect.[Results]Treatment group(38 cases cured,2 cases effectively,ineffective in 2 cases,cure rate was 95.24%. The control group recovered 34 cases,1 case was effective,7 had no effect,the recovery rate was 83.33%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05). Follow-up cases in treatment group 1 case of recurrence one year,two years recurrence in 1 case,three years 0 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate 5.41%,control group 2 cases of recurrence one year,two years recurrence in 2 cases,three years of 3 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 22.58%. The recurrence rate in treatment group is lower than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The desilting soup joint navel stick to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)appendix apply and acupuncture treatment of chronic simple appendicitis effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
