三黄膏外敷护理血液透析动静脉内瘘皮下血肿随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察三黄膏外敷护理血液透析动静脉内瘘皮下血肿效果。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例门诊患者按抽签方法随机分为两组,两组均采用常规护理。对照组60例50%硫酸镁,湿敷护理血肿部位3~4h。治疗组60例三黄膏,1次/d,外敷。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效38例,有效19例,无效3例,总有效率95.00%。对照组显效25例,有效21例,无效14例,总有效率76.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P【0.05)。[结论]三黄膏外敷护理血液透析动静脉内瘘皮下血肿效果显著,值得推广使用。

[Objective]The effect of subcutaneous vein fistula hematoma were observed within sanhuangpl asterexternalapplying nursing of hemodialysis.[Methods]Using randomized controlled.120 patients were in the draw method were randomly divided into two groups,two groups were treated withroutine nursing care. A control group of 60 cases and 50% magnesium sulfatewet compress nursing of hematoma,3 ~ 4h. The observation group of 60 cases of Sanhuang Ointment,1 times /d,external application. Continuous treatment for 2 weeks as 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reaction. Continuous 1 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]The observation group 38 cases,effective 19 cases,invalid 3 cases,the total efficiency of95%. 25 cases of control group,21 cases effective,14 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 76.67%. The treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05)[.Conclusion]sanhuangplasterexternalapplying nursin gof arteriovenous fistula for hemodialysis subcutaneous hematoma effect is significant,worthy of popularization.
