七叶神安片、针灸联合阿普唑仑治疗睡眠障碍随机平行对照研究

A Comparative Study of Seven Shen'an Pian Combined with Acupuncture in Treating Sleep Disorders

[目的]观察七叶神安片、针灸联合阿普唑仑治疗睡眠障碍疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将20例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组10例阿普唑仑,0.4mg/次,1~3次/d,口服。治疗组10例七叶安神片50~100mg/次,3次/d,口服。针灸:耳针治疗,一侧耳穴进行针灸,要使左右耳穴交替使用,主要采用肝、胆、心、脾、肾、神门、内分泌、皮质下、交感、小肠、胃、三焦、肝阳、枕等穴,5~6穴/次。西药治疗同对照组。两组均连续治疗4d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程(16d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效6例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率90.00%。对照组显效1例,有效5例,无效4例,总有效率60.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P【0.05)。[结论]七叶神安片、针灸联合阿普唑仑治疗睡眠障碍效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe seven Shen'an Pian combined with acupuncture treatment of sleep disturbances.[Methods]Using randomized controlled methods,will be divided into two groups according to the random number table,20 cases of hospitalized patients. A control group of 10 cases of alprazolam,0.4mg/times,1 ~ 3 /d. The treatment group of 10 cases seven leaf nerves of 50 ~ 100mg/,3 /d. Acupuncture:ear acupuncture,ear acupuncture on one side,to make the left and right ear used alternately,mainly by the liver,gallbladder,spleen,heart,kidney,God door,endocrine,subcortical,sympathetic,small intestine,stomach,liver Yang,triple energizer,pillow and other points,5 ~ 6 points / time. Western medicine treatment with the control group. The two groups were continuous treatment with 4d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical curative effect,adverse reaction. Continuous treatment of 4 courses(16d),curative effect. 6 cases of group therapy[Results],3 cases were effective,1 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 90%. 1 cases of control group,5 cases effective,4 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 60%. The treatment group was better than control group(P< 0.05).[Conclusion]Seven Shen'an Pian combined acupuncture treatment of sleep disorder effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
