四逆散联合平胃散治疗慢性浅表胃炎随机平行对照研究

Joint Flat Stomach Si-ni-san Random Parallel Control Study for the Treatment of Chronic Superficial Gastritis

[目的]观察四逆散联合平胃散治疗慢性浅表胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将140例门诊及住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组70例奥美拉唑20mg/次,2次/d;阿莫西林500mg/次,2次/d;甲硝唑400mg/次,3次/d。治疗组70例四逆散(甘草5g,枳壳、柴胡、芍药各10g)联合平胃散(苍术10g,厚朴、陈皮各6g,甘草5g)。嗳气严重加沉香、佛手各10g,代赭石20g;呕吐加半夏10g;泛酸加黄连5g,吴茱萸6g,乌贼骨10g;疼痛重加延胡索、川楝子各10g。1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈58例,显效8例,有效2例,无效2例,总有效率97.14%。对照组治愈42例,显效10例,有效8例,无效10例,总有效率85.71%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]四逆散联合平胃散治疗慢性浅表胃炎效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To study the joint sini powder and pingwei powder for the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis clinical efficacy.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,142 cases of outpatient and hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to random number method. The control group,72 cases of omeprazole 20 mg/times,2 times/d,oral;Amoxicillin 500 mg/times,2 times/d,oral;Metronidazole 400 mg/time,3 times/d,oral. Treatment group 70 examples sini powder(Gancao 5g,Zhike 10g,Chaihu 10g,Shaoyao 10g)joint pingwei powder(Cangzhu10g、Houpu 6g、Chenpi 6g、Gangao6g). Belching serious additive Chenxiang,Foshou each 10g,Daiheshi chre 20 g;Vomiting can add Banxia10g;Pantothenic acid can add Huanglian 5g,Wuzhuyu 6g,Wuzuigu 10g;Pain,the person that weigh can add Yanhusuo and Chuanlianzi 10g each. 1/d,boiling water 500 mL,oral sooner or later. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. 4 courses of continuous treatment,judge curative effect.[Results]Treatment group,58cases were cured,5 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective,2 case were invalid,the total efficiency of 97.1%. Control group,42 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,10 cases were invalid,the total effective rate of 86.11%. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The clinical efficacy of the joint sini powder and pingwei powder for the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis is sure,Worth in clinical widely.
