补肾壮筋汤治疗肾虚型腰椎间盘脱出症132例临床观察

Treatment of Kidney Deficiency Type Kidney Zhuang Jin Soup Clinical Observation,132 Cases of Lumbar Disc Prolapse

[目的]观察补肾壮筋汤治疗肾虚型腰椎间盘脱出症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将132例住院及门诊患者,补肾壮筋汤加减(寄生、熟地各30g,白芍、怀牛夕、续断、茯苓各15g,山茱萸、当归各10g,青皮6g,杜仲、木瓜各20g。肾阳虚加桂枝10g,制川、草乌先煎各6g;肾阴虚加天冬15g,钩丁30g)。1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、椎间隙离度、脱出椎间盘大小(横径)、脱出椎体前后移动距离、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床控制74例,显效22例,有效17例,无效19例,总有效率85.61%。治疗前后观察指标显著改善(P<0.05)。[结论]补肾壮筋汤治疗肾虚型腰椎间盘脱出症效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the kidney zhuang jin tonga subtraction treatment of lumbar kidney type TuoChuZheng curative effect.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,132 cases of inpatient and outpatient,tonga with kidney strong muscles,parasitic,prepared rhizome of rehmannia,each 30 g,radix paeoniae alba,radix dipsaci has yellow,15 g,poria cocos,dogwood,angelica each 10 g,green husk 6 g,eucommia bark,papaya each 20 g. System of kidney Yang deficiency and cassia twig 10 g,sichuan,kusnezoff monkshood Fried the first 6 g;Kidney Yin deficiency and radix asparagi 15 g,hook butyl 30 g. 1 / d,boiling water 200 ml,oral sooner or later. Continuous treatment of 10 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,hernia of intervertebral disc from degree,hernia of intervertebral disc size(diameter),after fanterior mobile distance,adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment,judge curative effect.[Results]74 cases of clinical control,22 cases had marked effect,17 cases effective,19 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 85.61%. Significantly improve observation indexes before and after treatment(P< 0.05).Kidney zhuang jin tonga subtraction treatment.[Conclusion]Lumbar kidney type TuoChuZheng effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
