柴胡疏肝散加减联合黛力新治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良随机平行对照研究

Chaihu Shugan Powder Combined With Deanxit Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Type of Functional Dyspepsia Randomized Parallel Controlled Study of Treatment

[目的]观察柴胡疏肝散联合黛力新治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将82例门诊者按数字随机法分为两组。对照组41例黛力新,10.5mg/次,1次/d,口服。治疗组41例柴胡疏肝散(柴胡、香附、积壳、党参、陈皮、姜半夏各10g,甘草炙6g,云苓、白术、白芍炒各15g。胃脘灼痛及泛酸加瓦楞子30g,乌贼骨15g,吴茱萸、黄连各3g;明显嗳气加旋覆花15g,代赭石30g;舌苔白腻加砂仁、白蔻仁各3g;明显纳差加焦三仙、莱菔子炒各10g)。1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。均连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、中医症状积分(观察失眠多梦、脘胁疼痛、食后腹胀、胃纳减少、嗳气反酸、失眠多梦、精神疲乏以及四肢无力等症状;观察主要体征变化。安全性观察:常规体检;血尿便常规检查;心肝肾功能检查,观察频率为1次/周)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。随访6个月,观察复发率及症状体征改善。[结果]治疗组痊愈8例,显效21例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率95.12%。对照组痊愈3例,显效11例,有效21例,无效6例,总有效率85.36%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。中医症状积分两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]柴胡疏肝散加减联合黛力新治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Deanxit in the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type of functional dyspepsia curative effect.[Methods]Using randomized controlled methods,82 cases were divided into two groups randomly. Control group, 41 cases Deanxit, 10.5mg/ times, 1 times / d, orally.A control group of 41 cases of Chaihu Shugan powder(Chaihu,Xianghu,Jike,Dangsheng,Chenpi,Jiangbanxia each 10g;Gancao 6g;Yunling,Baishu,Baishao fry each 15g. Addition and subtraction with the disease:Using 30g Walengzi burning and pantothenic acid and concha arcae,Wuzeigu15g,Wuzhuyu,Huangliange each 3g;obviously belching with 15g Xuanfuhua,Daizhushi 30g;white greasy fur with Sharen,Baikouren each 3g;apparent anorexia with Jiaosanxian,Laifuzi fry each 10g). 1 doses of /d,water simmer in water 500mL,sooner or later oral. Western medicine treatment with the control group. The two groups were treated for 28d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms,TCM symptom score(observation of insomnia,abdominal flank pain,abdominal distention after eating,appetite reduction,belching,acid reflux,insomnia,mental fatigue and weakness and other symptoms;observe the main signs of change. Safety observation:routine examination;blood in the urine routine examination;liver and kidney function tests,observation frequency is 1 times / week),adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment(28d),curative effect.[Results]The treatment group cured 8 cases,effective in 21 cases,effective 10 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total efficiency of 95.12%. The control group cured 3 cases,effective in 11 cases,effective 21 cases,invalid6 cases,the total efficiency of 85.36%. The treatment group was better than control group(P< 0.05). Two groups of TCM symptoms were improved(P< 0.05),the treatment group than the control group(P< 0.05).[Conclusion]Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Deanxit in the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type of functional dyspepsia effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
