黄芪汤联合肝达康治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察黄芪汤联合肝达康治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将57例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号分为两组。对照组27例肝达康颗粒肝达康颗粒4g/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组30例黄芪汤(黄芪、丹参各10g、鳖甲、生大黄各8g),水煎100mL,1剂/次,3次/d,口服。西药治疗同对照组。两组均连续治疗180d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肝功能指标、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈14例,显效8例,有效5例,无效3例,总有效率90.00%。对照组治愈8例,显效7例,有效3例,无效9例,总有效率66.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。肝功能指标两组均有改善,治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]黄芪汤联合肝达康治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化方面效果显著,值得广泛推广。

[Objective]To observe the therapeutic effect of Astragalus decoction combined with hepatic drug in liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B.[Methods]Using randomized controlled methods,57 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups of numbers. A control group of 27 cases of liver Kang particles liver Kang particles 4g/,3 /d,oral. The treatment group of 30 cases Huang Qi soup( Huang Qi,Danshen each 10g,Biejia,Shengdahuang each 8g),water simmer in Water 100ml,1 / times,3 times /d,oral. The two groups were continuous treatment with 180d for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,liver function index,adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]The treatment group cured 14 cases,effective in 8 cases,effective 5 cases,invalid 3 cases,the total efficiency of 90%. The control group cured 8 cases,effective in 7 cases,effective 3 cases,invalid 9cases,the total efficiency of 66.67%. The treatment group was better than control group P< 0.05. The index of liver function were improved in two groups,the treatment group than the control group P< 0.05.[Conclusion]Astragalus decoction combined with liver had significant therapeutic effect on liver fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B,and worthy of extensive promotion.
