祖卡木颗粒治疗儿童感冒随机平行对照研究

Zukam Granule in Treating Children Cold Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[目的]观察祖卡木颗粒治疗儿童感冒疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将180例门诊患者按随机数字表分为两组。对照组90例银花感冒颗粒,20g/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组90例祖卡木颗粒,12g/次,3次/d,口服。连续治疗5d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈70例,有效19例,无效1例,总有效率98.89%。对照组治愈69例,有效10例,无效11例,总有效率87.78%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]祖卡木颗粒治疗儿童感冒效果显著,值得推广使用。

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Zukam granule in the treatment of children's cold.[Methods]Using randomized controlled methods,180 patients were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 90 cases yinhuaganmao granules,20g/,3 /d,oral. The treatment group of 90 cases of Zukamu granules,12g/,3 /d,oral. Continuous treatment with 5D for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]The treatment group cured 70 cases,effective 19 cases,invalid 1 cases,the total efficiency of 98.89%. The control group cured 69 cases,effective10 cases,invalid 11 cases,the total efficiency of 87.78%. The treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05)[.Conclusion]Zukamu granule in treating children cold effect is significant,worthy of popularization.
