中医护理人文关怀维持性血液透析随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察中医护理人文关怀维持性血液透析疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将86例门诊患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组43例常规护理,对患者展开饮食、休息、心理、血液透析相关知识的指导。护理组43例①人文关怀。②多元化的健康教育。③心理干预。连续护理10d为1疗程。观测护理疗效、心理状态、遵医行为、不良反应。护理1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]护理组良好27例,一般12例,较差4例,总有效率90.70%。对照组良好18例,一般18例,较差7例,总有效率83.72%。护理组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。心理状态、遵医行为护理组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中医护理人文关怀维持性血液透析效果显著,值得推广。

Good control group 18 cases,18 cases of general,poor seven cases,the total efficiency 83.72%. Care group than the control group(P<0.05).Mental state,compliance behavior care group than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Chinese medicine nursing humane care hemodialysis effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
