护理干预联合常规护理面神经炎随机平行对照研究

Nursing Intervention Combined with Routine Nursing Care in the Treatment of Facial Neuritis Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[目的]观察护理干预联合常规护理治疗面神经炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将180例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组90例常规护理。按中医内服、针灸、理疗、内科抗病毒、利水消肿、营养神经细胞及改善局部血液循环等。护理组90例护理干预。①心理护理:建立良好医患关系,宣教面神经炎专业知识,减轻或消除焦虑情绪,正确乐观面对疾病,建立良好治疗心态。②日常起居护理:嘱患者注意休息,避免疲劳;戒烟戒酒;面部避免直接吹寒冷风、空调和风扇等;外出时应戴帽子和口罩;眼睑闭合不全,睡前可点滴眼药水或眼膏,并戴眼罩,加强口腔护理。③面肌功能护理:主动面肌功能锻炼,做各种鬼脸动作,吹口哨,嚼口香糖,鼓起等各种动作;被动面肌功能锻炼,主要是患者或医护人员对患侧面肌做揉、按、压、拉等各种动作,上述动作不限次数,不以疲劳为度,从而使其面肌功能得到恢复。常规护理同对照组。连续护理7d为1疗程。观测护理疗效、不良反应。连续护理2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]护理组痊愈80例,显效7例,有效3例,无效0例,总有效率96.67%。对照组痊愈67例,显效12例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率87.78%。护理组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]护理干预联合常规护理在治疗面神经炎效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the nursing intervention combined with routine nursing care in the treatment of facial neuritis.[Methods]using randomized controlled methods,will be divided into two groups according to the random number table,180 cases of hospitalized patients. Routine nursing group 90 cases,according to traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,physiotherapy,oral Department of internal medicine,antiviral,detumescence,nutrition nerve cells and improve the local blood circulation. 90 patients of the nursing intervention, ①psychological nursing:establish good doctor-patient relationship of facial neuritis,education professional knowledge,reduce or eliminate anxiety,correct optimistic in the face of disease treatment,to establish a good state of mind. ②Daily living care:patients were asked to pay attention to rest,avoid fatigue,to give up smoking and drinking,the face to avoid direct blowing cold wind,air conditioning and fan etc.,should wear hats and masks when they go out,incomplete eyelid closure,you can drop eye drops or ointment,and an eyepatch,strengthen oral care. ③Facial care:function active facial function exercise,make face action,whistling,chewing gum,take such actions;passive facial function exercise,is mainly the patients or medical staff did rub,press,pressure,pulling various action on the ipsilateral facial muscles,the action does not limit the number,not the fatigue degree,so the facial muscle function recovery. Traditional Chinese medicine nursing with the control group. Continuous treatment with 7d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]the treatment group cured 80 cases,effective in 7 cases,effective 3 cases,invalid 0 cases,the total efficiency of 96.67%. The control group cured67 cases,effective in 12 cases,effective 9 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total efficiency of 87.78%. The treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Nursing intervention combined with routine nursing care in the treatment of facial neuritis significant effect,worthy of promotion.
