益气活血醒脑汤治疗中风后遗症随机平行对照研究

Yiqihuoxue Refreshing Soup Treating Stroke Sequela Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察益气活血醒脑汤治疗中风后遗症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将160例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组80例维脑路通注射液+5%葡萄糖注射液,400mg/次,1次/d。治疗组80例益气活血醒脑汤(生黄芪60g,赤芍15g,远志10g,晒参15g,水蛭10g,丹参30g,菖蒲10g,红花15g,川芎10g,当归、葛根、桃仁各15g,地龙10g);1剂/d,水煎至150mL,早晚口服。祛痰燥湿加胆星和半夏;补肾益精加黄精与首乌。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈21例,显效30例,有效25例,无效4例,总有效率95.00%。对照组治愈15例,显效17例,有效29例,无效19例,总有效率76.25%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益气活血醒脑汤治疗中风后遗症效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective] Observed Yiqihuoxue treating stroke sequela refreshing effect. [Methods] Using randomized controlled method, 160 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group 80 cases Yiqihuoxue refreshing soup( Shenghuangqi 60g, Chishao 15g,Yuanzhi 10g, Shaishen 15g, Shuizhi 10g,Danshen 30g, Changpu 10g, Honghua 15g, Chuan Xiong 10g, Danggui,Gegen, Taoren each 15g,Dilong 10g); 1does/ d, decoction to 150mL, sooner or later orally. Phlegm dampness plus Xingxing and Banxia; Bushenyijing plus Huang Jing and Shouwu. Continuous treatment for 4 weeks for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 3 courses, to determine efficacy. [Results] treatment group, 21 cases were cured, 30 cases markedly effective in 25 cases, 4 cases, the total efficiency of 95.00%. Control group, 15 cases were cured, 17 cases markedly effective in 29 cases, ineffective in 19 cases, total effective rate 76.25%. Treatment group than the control group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Yiqihuoxue refreshing treating stroke sequela effect is significant and should be introduced.
