乳岩消汤联合化疗治疗乳腺癌术后化疗随机平行对照研究

Milk Yan Xiao Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Breast Cancer After Chemotherapy Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[目的]观察乳岩消汤联合化疗治疗乳腺癌术后化疗疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将64例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组32例单纯化疗:维生素B6,200mg/次,3次/d,第1d口服;葡萄糖(5%),500mL/次,1次/d,第1~8d静滴+格拉司琼,3.5mg/次,1次/d,第1~8d静滴;0.9%NaCl,250mL/次,1次/d+环磷酰胺,0.8g/次,1次/d,第1d静滴;阿霉素,60mg/次,1次/d+5%葡萄糖,250mL/次,1次/d,第1d静滴;亚叶酸钙,200mg/次,1次/d,第1d静滴+5%葡萄糖,250mL/次,1次/d,第1~8d静滴;5-Fu750mg/次,1次/d,第1~8d静滴+5%葡萄糖,250mL/次,1次/d,第1~8d静滴。治疗组32例乳岩消汤(枸杞子、女贞子、甘草各6g,菟丝子、玄参各9g,黄精、茯苓、莪术各12g,黄芪、薏苡仁各24g,党参、白花蛇舌草各18g。气虚加太子参12g,西洋参6g;恶心呕吐加竹茹、半夏各9g;白细胞降低加补骨脂、鸡血藤各12g)。1剂/d,水煎350mL,术后第3天早晚温服。西医治疗同对照组。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、临床症状积分、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效9例,有效15例,无效8例,总有效率75.00%。对照组显效3例,有效11例,无效18例,总有效率43.75%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P【0.05)。临床症状积分两组均有改善(P【0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P【0.05)不良反应率治疗组低于对照组(P【0.05)。[结论]乳岩消汤联合化疗治疗乳腺癌术后化疗效果显著,值得推广。

Calcium folinate, 200mg/, 1/d, 1D intravenous infusion of +5% glucose, 250mL/, 1/ d, 1 ~ 8d intravenous drip. 5-Fu750mg/, 1/d, 1 ~ 8d intravenous infusion of +5% glucose, 250mL/, 1/d, 1 ~ 8d intravenous drip. The treatment group of 32 cases, breast rock Xiao Tang(Gouqizi,Nvzhenzi,Gancao each 6g,Tusizi,Xuanshen each 9g,Huangjing,Fuling,Woshu each 12g,Huangqi,Yiyiren each 24g,Danshen,Baihuashecao each 18g.Qi deficiency plus Taizishen 12g, Xiyangshen 6g; nausea and vomiting add Zhuru, Banxia each 9g; white blood cells decreased with Buguzhi, Jixueteng each 12g). Water simmer in water 350mL, 1/d, third days after operation and warm clothes. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment with 21d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, clinical symptom score, adverse reaction. Continuous 3 courses of treatment, the curative effect. 9 cases of group therapy. [Results]15 cases were effective, 8 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 75%. The control group was 3 cases, effective 11 cases, invalid 18 cases, the total efficiency of 43.75%. The treatment group was better than control group(P< 0.05). Clinical symptom integrals in the two groups were improved(P < 0.05), the treatment group improved better than that of control group(P < 0.05) The treatment group than the control group, the adverse reaction rate(P< 0.05). [Conclusion]Milk Yan Xiao decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer after chemotherapy effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
