活血化瘀汤治疗卵巢囊肿随机平行对照研究

Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis Decoction in the Treatment of Ovarian Cysts of Random Parallel Control

[目的]观察活血化瘀汤治疗卵巢囊肿疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号法分为两组。对照组45例大黄蛰虫丸,6g/次,早晚口服。治疗组45例活血化瘀汤(甘草8g,莪术10g,丹参、三棱、牡蛎、鳖甲、穿山甲各12g,桃仁、川芎、郁金、玄参各15g,赤芍、益母草、香附各20g。随证加减,气虚乏力加太子参、黄芪;脾虚湿盛加苍术、茯苓;肾虚加菟丝子、仙茅;小腹剧痛加延胡索;湿热加蒲公英、败酱草;白带多加椿根皮;胃纳不佳加谷芽、麦芽)。1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、卵巢囊肿直径、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。对90例患者随访2个月,观测卵巢囊肿直径。[结果]治疗组痊愈20例,好转22例,无效3例,总有效率为93.33%;对照组痊愈14例,好转20例,无效11例,总有效率为75.56%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。卵巢囊肿直径变化两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]活血化瘀汤治疗卵巢囊肿效果显著,值得推广使用。

[Objective]:To observe the therapeutic effect of Huoxue Huayu Decoction in the treatment of ovarian cyst. [Methods]Using randomized controlled methods, 90 patients were numbered according to the order of treatment were divided into two groups. A control group of 45 cases of Dahuang Zhechong pill, 6g/, sooner or later oral. The treatment group of 45 cases of Huoxue Huayu Decoction(Gancao 8g,Eshu 10g,Danshen,Sanleng,Muli,Biejia,Chuanshanjia each 12g,Taoren,Chuanqiong,Yujin,Xuanshen each 15g,Chishao,Yimucao,Xiangfu each 20g. With the card to add and subtract, Qi deficiency fatigue plus Taizishen,Huangqi; damp abundance due to splenic asthenia add Cangshu,Fulin; Kidney deficiency add Tusizi,xianmao;the lower abdomen pain add Pugongying,Baijiangcao;hot and humid add Chunshupi; Leucorrhea add Guya,Maiya). 1 doses of /d, water simmer in water 200mL, sooner or later oral. Continuous treatment with 30d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, ovarian cyst diameter changes, adverse reactions. Continuous 3 courses of treatment, the curative effect. 2 months in 90 patients with a follow-up observation, B ultrasound observation of ovarian cyst diameter. [Results]The treatment group 20 cases were cured, 22 cases improved, 3 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 93.33%; the control group 14 cases were cured, 20 cases improved, 11 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 75.56%. The treatment group was better than control group(P< 0.05). Ovarian cyst diameter change in the two groups were improved(P< 0.05), the treatment group than the control group(P< 0.05). [Conclusion]Huoxue Huayu Decoction in the treatment of ovarian cyst effect is significant, worthy of popularization.
