茵陈四苓汤结合臭氧治疗对乙肝病毒抑制效果随机平行对照研究

Randomized Parallel Controlled Study on Hepatitis B virus Inhibitory Effect of Herba Artemisiae Scopariae and Four Decoction Combined with Ozone

[目的]观察茵陈四苓汤结合臭氧治疗对乙肝病毒抑制效果。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将71例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组35例,阿德福韦酯(代丁),10mg/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组36例茵陈四苓汤(茯苓、泽泻、白术、猪苓、虎杖、莱菔子各10g,茵陈、丹参各20g,半枝莲、白花蛇舌草各15g,甘草6g,广东一方制药配方颗粒),1剂/d,水溶200mL,早晚口服;臭氧大自血治疗1次/2d。治疗前取患者全血100mL,取100mL臭氧缓慢注入,混匀输回。同时,取300mL臭氧经直肠灌入肠道。两组均连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测HBV-DNA定量、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]HBV-DNA、ALT两组均显著降低(P<0.01),组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]茵陈四苓汤结合臭氧治疗对乙肝病毒抑制效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the Herba Artemisiae Scopariae and four decoction combined with ozone treatment of inhibitory effect on hepatitis B virus. [Methods]Using randomized controlled methods, 71 patients were randomLy divided into two groups. A control group of 35 cases of nucleotide analogs antiviral drugs, adefovir dipivoxil tablets(in), 10mg/, 3 /d, oral. The treatment group of 36 cases of Herba Artemisiae Scopariae and four Decoction(Guangdong party pharmaceutical granules), Fuling,Zexie,Baishu, Zhuling,Huzhan,Laifuzi each 1 package(10g), Yinchen,Danshen each 2 package(20g), Banzhilian, Baihuasheshecao 1 package(15g), Gancao 2 package(6g), 1 doses of /d, water soluble 200mL, sooner or later oral + ozone big since the blood therapy 1 times /2d. The whole blood 100mL standby before treatment using aseptic sampling method, and then take 100mL ozone injected slowly into the blood, to be mixed uniformLy, immediately back into the patients. At the same time, take 300mL ozone rectal infusion into patients with intestinal. The two groups were continuous treatment with 90d for 1 courses. Quantitative observation HBVDNA, alanine aminotransferase(ALT), adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [Results] The two patients in the HBV-DNA group, ALT decreased significantly(P<0.01), no significant difference(P > 0.05). Treatment of hepatitis B virus inhibitory effect [Conclusion]Herba Artemisiae Scopariae and four decoction combined with ozone,is worthy to be popularized.
