摘要
[目的]观察补肾调周法对自然周期冻胚移植影响。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将200例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组100例自然周期方案冻胚移植。治疗组①卵泡期(经净至卵泡<16mm):补肾养血滋阴(女贞子、菟丝子、山茱萸、旱莲草各18g,五味子16g,当归、川芎、白芍各12g,甘草炙6g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。②排卵期(卵泡>16mm至排卵后):补肾通络活血(枸杞子、淫羊藿、续断、赤芍、红花、丹参、制香附、紫石英各15g,甘草6g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。③FET后:100例移植当天采用补肾调周中药,补肾益气安胎(菟丝子、桑寄生、党参、黄芪、杜仲、川断各15g,制香附12g,白芍18g,白术炒、黄芩各9g,甘草炙6g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。自然周期方案冻胚移植同对照组。连续治疗23d为1疗程。观测临床妊娠、移植胚胎数、移植日子宫内膜厚度、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈90例,未愈10例,总有效率90.00%。对照组治愈75例,未愈25,总有效率75.00%。治疗组妊娠率优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组移植胚胎数均衡(P>0.05)。两组移植日子宫内膜厚度均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)[结论]补肾调周法对自然周期冻胚移植影响显著,有利于提高临床妊娠率,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the kidney week method the influence of frozen embryo transplantation for natural cycle.[Methods]Using random parallel control method, 200 patients(outpatient) patients into two groups according to random number table method. Control group, 100 cases of simple scheme USES the natural cycle. The treatment group 100 examples using natural cycle plan joint kidney week method. 23d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical pregnancy, intrauterine embryo number, to transplant days membrane thickness, adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [Results]The treatment group, 51 cases of pregnancy clinical pregnancy rate was 51.00%. The control group, 37 cases of pregnancy clinical pregnancy rate was 37.00%. The pregnancy rate of treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05). Two groups of number of embryos that are balanced(P>0.05). The thickness of the two groups of intrauterine membrane transplantation days have improved(P<0.05), the treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The method of kidney in the weeks to frozen embryo transplantation in the natural cycle, to improve the clinical pregnancy rate, worthy of promotion.
