葶苈大枣泻肺汤合三子养亲汤联合西药治疗肺心病随机平行对照研究

TingLi Jujube Lung Soup and the Third Kiss Soup Combined Western Medicine Treating Cor Pulmonale Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察葶苈大枣泻肺汤合三子养亲汤联合西药治疗肺心病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院及门诊患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组30例吸氧,并常规药物治疗。氨茶碱,0.25g/次,1次/d,静滴;头孢曲松钠,3g/次,1次/d,静滴;氨溴注射液,30mg/次,1次/d,静滴;呋塞米注射液,20mg/次,1次/d,静推。治疗组30例葶苈大枣泻肺汤(葶苈子20g,大枣5枚);三子养亲汤(菜菔子炒20g,苏子、白芥子各10g)。1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程(21d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效26例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率96.67%。对照组显效19例,有效6例,无效5例,总有效率83.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]葶苈大枣泻肺汤合三子养亲汤联合西药治疗肺心病效果显著,值得推广。

Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 7d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment(21d), to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group(26 cases were markedly improved, 3 cases ineffective in 1 case, and the total effective rate was 96.67%. Control group 19 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases effective, 5 no effect, the total effective rate was 83.33%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.01).[Conclusion]TingLi jujube lung soup and the third kiss soup combined western medicine treatment of cor pulmonale effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
