麝香保心丸联合西医治疗慢性心力衰竭随机平行对照研究

Shexiang Baoxin Pill Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure a Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察麝香保心丸联合西医治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组50例西医治疗:利尿、扩血管、抗感染以及克服电解质紊乱等。治疗组50例麝香保心丸,22.5mg/次,3次/d,口服。西医治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效31例,有效11例,无效8例,总有效率84.00%。对照组显效27例,有效7例,无效16例,总有效率68.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]麝香保心丸联合西医治疗慢性心力衰竭效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]Observation of Shexiang Baoxin Pill Combined with western medicine treatment of chronic heart failure.[Methods]Using randomized controlled methods,100 patients were divided into two groups according to the.Compared with western medicine treatment group of 50 cases:diuretic,vasodilator,anti infection and overcome the electrolyte disorders such as treatment.The treatment group of 50 cases of heart protecting musk pill,22.5mg/,3 /d,oral.Western medicine treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment with 7d for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reaction.Continuous 4 courses of treatment,the curative effect.31 cases of group therapy.[Results]11 cases were effective,8 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 84%.The control group was 27 cases,effective 7 cases,invalid 16 cases,the total efficiency of 68%.The treatment group was better than control group(P< 0.05).[Conclusion]The effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill Combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic heart failure is significant,worthy of promotion.
