金甲液保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎90例临床观察

Jinjia Fluid Retention Enema Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease,90 Cases of Clinical Observation

[目的]观察金甲液保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效。[方法]对90例门诊及住院患者使用金甲灌肠液150mL、液体石蜡、一次性灌肠器、水温计、弯盘、手套、纱布、纸、输液架、治疗巾、屏风等。方法:灌肠前嘱患者排空二便,取左侧卧位,药温在38~41℃,150mL,药液润滑肛管前端,抬高臀部10cm,缓慢插入肛门15~20cm,灌入速度宜慢,灌肠完毕拔出肛管,延长药液体内存留时间,保留1h,1次/d,重症者2次/d,待症状缓解改为1次/d。护理措施,健康教育,引导正确对待病情,了解治疗各方面注意事项,同时心理上关心、安慰患者,解除思想顾虑,配合医务人员治疗。实施灌肠动作轻柔、药液温度要适宜、使用一次性灌肠袋、灌肠液高度应适宜。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程(21d),判定疗效。[结果]治愈58例,显效15例,有效9例,无效8例,总有效率达91.11%。[结论]金甲液保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the shining golden fluid retention enema treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease curative effect.[Methods]90 cases of outpatient and inpatient shining golden filling and intestinal juice 150 ml,liquid paraffin,disposable enemator,thermometer,bending plate,gloves,cloth,paper,infusion frame,treatment,towels,screen and so on.[Methods]Tell patients before emptying,take the left side,charge temperature in 38~41 ℃,150 ml,tubing liquid lubrication front-end,raise hips 10 cm,slowly inserted into the anus 15~ 20 cm,pumping speed should be slow,pull out the anal canal the enema,prolong the retention time of liquids,retain 1h,1/d,intensive 2 times/d,with symptoms instead of 1/d.Nursing,health education,to guide correctly treat the illness,considerations for treating various aspects,at the same time,patients with psychological care,comfort,relieve thought concerns,cooperate with the medical staff treatment.Implementation of enema gentle,appropriate to liquid temperature,the use of disposable enema bag,filling and intestinal juice height should be appropriate.Continuous treatment of 7 d for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment(21d),to determine efficacy.[Results] To cure 58 cases,15 cases were markedly effective,effective 9 cases,8 no effect,the total effective rate was 91.11%.Shining golden fluid retention enema.[Conclusion]The treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
