化痰法对不稳定性心绞痛血浆ox-LDL水平影响随机平行对照研究

Phlegm Method for Unstable Angina Plasma ox-LDL Levels Affect Random Parallel Control study

[目的]观察化痰法对不稳定性心绞痛血浆ox-LDL水平影响。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将63例住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组31例他汀类药物、阿斯匹林、β受体阻滞剂和硝酸酯类药物治疗。治疗组32例化痰法,瓜蒌薤白半夏汤(全瓜蒌、竹茹、茯苓各12g,薤白、法半夏、郁金、石菖蒲各9g,丹参15g,陈皮、藿香、川芎各6g),1剂/d,水煎120mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血浆ox-LDL、不良反应。治疗1疗程(21d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效23例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率93.75%。对照组显效12例,有效15例,无效4例,总有效率87.10%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血浆ox-LDL两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]化痰法对不稳定性心绞痛血浆ox-LDL水平影响效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the phlegm method for unstable angina plasma ox- LDL levels.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,63 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the draw method.Control group of 31 cases of statins,aspirin,beta blockers,and those of nitrate medications.Treatment group and 32 cases of phlegm,modified gualouxiebaibanxia decoction(Quangualou,Zhuru,Fuling12g,Xiebai,Fabanxia,Yujin,Shichangpu each 9g,Danshen 15g,Chenpi,Huoxiang,Chuanxiong each 6g),1/d,boiling water 120 ml,oral sooner or later.Western medicine treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment of 21 d 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,blood plasma ox- LDL,adverse reactions.Treatment as a course(21d),to determine efficacy.[Results] the treatment group 23 cases were markedly effective,effective 7 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,total effective rate was 93.75%.The control group,12 cases were markedly improved effective 15 cases,4 cases were invalid,the total effective rate 87.10%.The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Two groups of plasma ox-LDL were improved(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Phlegm method for unstable angina.[Conclusion]Plasma ox- LDL levels influence effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
