推拿联合针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病随机平行对照研究

A Randomized Controlled Trial of Massage Combined with Acupuncture Treatment of Vertebral Artery Type of Cervical Spondylosis

[目的]观察推拿联合针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将94例住院患者按就诊顺序编号法分为两组。对照组47例针灸疗法。治疗组47例推拿疗法;针灸疗法同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、症状评分(椎动脉型颈椎病功能评定量表评分、改良颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表评分)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。随访12个月,观测临床症状评分。[结果]治疗组痊愈31例,有效11例,无效5例,总有效率89.36%。对照组痊愈24例,有效16例,无效7例,总有效率85.11%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。症状评分(椎动脉型颈椎病功能评定量表评分、改良颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表评分)治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]推拿联合针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of massage combined with acupuncture treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.[Methods]Using randomized controlled methods,94 cases of hospitalized patients were randomLy divided into two groups numbering method.47 cases of the control group acupuncture therapy.The treatment group of 47 cases of massage therapy;acupuncture therapy as control.Continuous treatment with 30d for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,symptom score(vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis functional evaluation scale,evaluation of modified cervical vertigo symptoms and functional scale score),adverse reaction.Continuous 1 courses of treatment,the curative effect.After 12 months of follow-up,the clinical curative effect observation.[Results]The treatment group cured 31 cases,effective 11 cases,invalid 5 cases,the total efficiency of 89.36%.The control group cured 24 cases,effective 16 cases,invalid 7 cases,the total efficiency of 85.11%.The treatment group was better than control group(P< 0.05).Symptom score(vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis functional evaluation scale,evaluation of modified cervical vertigo symptoms and functional scale) treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05).[Conclusion]Massage combined with acupuncture has remarkable effect for the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis,worthy of promotion.
