青黛饮治疗血热型银屑病随机平行对照研究

Indigo Naturalis Decoction in Treatment of Psoriasis Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[目的]观察青黛饮治疗血热型银屑病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50例门诊患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组25例他扎罗汀乳膏,0.0015g/次,3次/d,外涂。复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏,0.0075g/次,3次/d,外涂。治疗组25例青黛饮(青黛布包3~15g,贯众、焦山楂、神曲、紫草各9g,蒲公英12g,马齿苋13g,丹参15~30g,白芷、五味子、白藓皮各15g,乌梅30g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈18例,显效6例,有效1例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。对照组痊愈14例,显效5例,有效2例,无效4例,总有效率84.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P【0.05)。[结论]青黛饮治疗血热型银屑病效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Qingdai Decoction for the treatment of psoriasis.[Methods] Using randomized controlled methods,50 patients were divided into two groups according to the.A control group of 25 cases of tazarotene,0.0015g/,3 /d,external coating.Compound Dexamethasone Acetate Cream,0.0075g/,3 /d,external coating.The treatment group of 25 cases of indigo naturalis Decoction(Qingdai cloth 3 ~ 15g,Guanzhong,Jiaoshanzha,Shenqu,zicao each 9g,Pugongying 12g,Machixian 13g,Danshen 15 ~ 30g,Baizhi,Wuweizi,Baixianpi each 15g,Wumei 30g),1 doses of /d,water simmer in water 200mL,sooner or later oral.Continuous treatment with 14d for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reaction.Continuous 2 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results] The treatment group cured 18 cases,effective in 6 cases,effective 1 cases,invalid 0 cases,the total efficiency of 100%.The control group cured 14 cases,effective in 5 cases,effective 2 cases,invalid 4 cases,the total efficiency of 84%.The treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Indigo naturalis decoction treatment psoriasis is significant,worthy of promotion.
