黄连温胆汤联合常规治疗急性脑梗死随机平行对照研究

Huang Lianwen Dan Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[目的]观察黄连温胆汤联合常规治疗急性脑梗死疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将63例住院患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组30例常规治疗:吸氧、控制血压、给予神经保护剂及其它对症治疗。治疗组33例黄连温胆汤(黄连、郁金各10g,茯苓20g,陈皮、枳实各15g,半夏、竹茹、炙甘草各6g);1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。根据痰瘀症状酌加桃仁、赤芍、红花、当归。常规治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、临床症状评分、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈6例,显效11例,有效14例,无效2例,总有效率93.94%。对照组痊愈3例,显效7例,有效13例,无效7例,总有效率76.77%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。临床症状积分治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]黄连温胆汤联合常规治疗急性脑梗死效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]Huanglian Wendan Decoction Combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.[Methods]Using randomized controlled methods,63 patients were divided into two groups according to the.30 cases of the control group conventional treatment:oxygen,blood pressure control,give a neuroprotective agent and other symptomatic treatment.The treatment group of 33 cases of Huanglian Wendan Decoction(Huanglian,Yujin each 10g,Fuling 20g,Chenpi,Jishi each 15g,Banxia,Zhuru,Zhigancao each 6g,according to the phlegm and blood stasis symptoms add Taoren,Chishao,Honghua,Dangui),1 doses of /d,water simmer in water 200mL,sooner or later oral.Western medicine treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment with 10d for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,clinical symptom score,adverse reaction.Continuous 3 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]The treatment group cured 6 cases,effective in 11 cases,effective 14 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total efficiency of 93.94%.The control group cured 3 cases,effective in 7 cases,effective 13 cases,invalid 7 cases,the total efficiency of 76.77%.The treatment group was better than control group(P<0.01).Clinical symptom treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Huanglian Wendan Decoction Combined with western medicine in treatment of acute cerebral infarction effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
