高效液相色谱法HPLC测定益脉康茶中野黄芩苷含量

High Performance Liquid Chromatography HPLC Determination of Profit Pulse Nakano Baicalin Content in Tea

[目的]建立益脉康茶中野黄芩苷含量测定方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为HypersiL ODS柱(250×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(42:58),流速为1mL/min,测定波长为335nm。[结果]野黄芩苷浓度在0.04928~0.2464μg的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);平均回收率为100.0%,RSD=1.7%。[结论]HPLC法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于益脉康茶质量控制。

[Objective]To establish a method for determination of scutellarin Yimaikang tea.[Methods] Using high performance liquid chromatography,chromatographic column of HypersiL ODS column(250×4.6mm,5 μ m),mobile phase of methanol- 0.1% phosphoric acid(42 :58),the flow rate was 1mL/ min,detection wavelength was 335nm.[Results]Scutellarin concentration in the range of 0.04928 ~ 0.2464μg good linear relationship(r=0.9999);the average recovery was 100%,RSD=1.7%.[Conclusion]HPLC method is simple,sensitive,accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Yimaikang tea.
