黄柏苦参方外洗联合穴位针刺、推拿、注射、叩刺治疗湿疹随机平行对照研究

Cortex Phellodendri Sophora Nowhere the Joint Point Acupuncture,Massage,Injection,Knocking the Treatment of Eczema Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察黄柏苦参方外洗联合穴位针刺、推拿、注射、叩刺治疗湿疹疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将310例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组40例尤卓尔,0.05mg/次,1次/d,外涂。治疗组270例黄柏苦参方(黄柏、苍术各10g,地肤子30g,白鲜皮、苦参各15g,当归、生地黄各20g,红花6g),渗液加丹皮10g,马齿苋30g,15min/次,2~3次/d,冷湿敷于患处;无渗液加蛇床子30g,枯矾、芒硝各10g,10~30min/次,1~2次/d,药液浸泡患处。穴位治疗:对曲池、足三里、三阴交、血海等穴位进行按摩,或每次任选2穴合用维生素B12注射液,0.1mg/次,1次/2d,肌注。于湿疹处提插,不留针,每次15~20个湿疹点提插,1次/2d。阿是穴电针:按皮损范围大小,针2~6个,20min/次,1次/2d。皮肤针:大杼至白环俞段,强度中等叩刺,皮肤潮红为度,1次/2d。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、皮损状况、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈50例,显效20例,有效157例,无效43例,总有效率84.07%。对照组痊愈4例,显效2例,有效19例,无效15例,总有效率62.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P【0.05)。临床症状积分两组均有改善(P【0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P【0.01)。[结论]黄柏苦参方外洗联合穴位针刺、推拿、注射、叩刺治疗湿疹效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Huangbai Kushen [foreign washing and treating eczema acupoint.[Methods]Using randomized controlled methods,310 patients were randomLy divided into two groups.A control group of 40 cases with hydrocortisone butyrate,0.05mg/,1 /d,external coating.The treatment group of 270 cases of Cortex Phellodendri Kushen recipe(Huangbo,Cangshu each 10g,Difuzi 30g,Baixianpi,Kushen each 15g,Dangui,Shengdihuang each 20g,Honghua 6g) Liquid penetration add Danpi 10g,Machixian 30g,15min/ times,2 ~ 3/d,cold and wet compress in the affected area;no infiltration liquid with Shechuangzi 30g,Kufan,Mangxiao each 10g,10 ~ 30min/,1 ~ 2/d,liquid to soak the affected area.Acupoint therapy:massage the Quchi,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Xuehai points.Or each choose 2 points combined with vitamin B12 injection,0.1mg/,1/2d,intravenous injection.In the eczema in,no needle,every time 15 ~ 20 eczema point in 1/2d.Ashi Point Acupuncture:according to the size of lesion area,pin 2 to 6,20min/,1/2d.Skin needle:Dashu to Baihuan Yu,medium intensity tapping,skin flushing for 1 times/2d.Continuous treatment with 14d for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,clinical symptom score,adverse reaction.1 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results] The treatment group cured 50 cases,effective in 20 cases,effective 157 cases,invalid 43 cases,the total efficiency of 84.07%.The control group 4 cases were cured,2 cases markedly effective,effective 19 cases,invalid 15 cases,the total efficiency of 62.50%.The treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).Clinical symptom integrals in the two groups were improved(P <0.01),the treatment group improved better than that of control group(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Huangbai Kushen.Wash and acupoint in treating eczema effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
