温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将148例门诊及住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组70例牵引,牵引重量根据患者自身体重和身体质量,持续30min/次,1次/d。治疗组78例温针灸,侧卧,患侧腰腿在上,膝盖微微弯曲,腰部和大腿呈150°,以直径0.3mm,长度75mm华佗针外侧10°穿刺同侧穴位2.5cm,针头慢慢刺入沿椎板横突间韧带外缘,感觉落空停止进针,出现扩散患侧肢体麻木感、甚至休克感,点燃3cm艾条插入针柄处,坐骨神经线上选穴位秩边、环中、环跳、承扶、殷门、委中、承山、昆仑等,再以直径为0.3mm、长度为50~70mm的华佗牌针刺40~70mm,并将点燃的3cm长艾条插入针柄处;30min/次,1次/d。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈56例,显效15例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率91.02%。对照组痊愈31例,显效15例,有效20例,无效4例,总有效率65.71%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P【0.05)。[结论]温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出效果显著,值得推广。
