清肝化痰活血方治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎随机平行对照研究

Clear Phlegm Invigorate the Circulation of the Treatment of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Hepatitis Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察清肝化痰活血方治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊及住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组40例易善复胶囊456mg/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组40例清肝化痰活血方(茵陈、虎杖各10g,赤芍、陈皮、半夏、柴胡各8g,甘草6g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、生化指标(谷丙转氨酶、血清甘油三酯、胆固醇)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈20例,显效11例,有效8例,无效1例,总有效率97.50%。对照组治愈8例,显效17例,有效7例,无效8例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。生化指标两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]清肝化痰活血方治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]Observed Liver Recipe phlegm treatment of non- alcoholic steatohepatitis effect. [Methods]Using randomized controlled method,80 cases outpatient and inpatient patients were random number table were randomly divided into two groups. Control group of 40 cases of oral Essentiale capsules 2/ time,3 times/d,treatment l2 weeks. Liver treatment group,40 cases of phlegm Recipe(Yinchen,Huzhang 10g,Chishao,Chenpi,Banxia,Chaihu 8g,Gancao6g),1/d,decoction 200mL,sooner or later,divided into 2 doses. Observation of clinical symptoms,alanine aminotransferase,serum triglycerides,cholesterol,adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of a course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]Treatment group were cured 20 cases,effective in 11 cases,8 cases,1case,the total effective rate 97.50%. Control group 8 patients were cured,effective in 17cases,effective in 7 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency of 80.00%. Treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).Alanine aminotransferase serum triglycerides,cholesterol levels improve treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Participation Liver Recipe phlegm in the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
