咳哮散穴位贴敷治疗小儿哮喘随机平行对照研究

Cough and Wheezing Scattered Acupoint Sticking Therapy for Asthma Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[目的]观察咳哮散穴位贴敷治疗小儿哮喘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将91例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组46例中药口服。肺肾阴虚,都气丸(熟地黄24g,山萸肉、干山药各12g,泽泻、牡丹皮、茯苓去皮各9g,五味子6g),1剂/d,水煎100mL,1次/d,口服;肺脾气虚,玉屏风散(白术、麦门冬、白芍药、五味子各6g,黄芪、龙骨、牡蛎、党参各10g,甘草、桂枝、防风各3g,红枣5枚),水煎100mL,1次/d,口服。治疗组45例穴位贴敷。咳喘散方(甘遂30g,白芥子、白芷、黄芩、细辛各15g,肉桂5g),药研末,姜汁调制,制成直径为2cm药饼,药饼分贴肺俞、天突、膏肓穴、双侧大杼,固定,4h/次,2次/7d,贴敷。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、临床症状情况、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效7例,有效18例,无效20例,总有效率55.56%。对照组显效3例,有效17例,无效26例,总有效率43.48%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。临床症状情况治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]咳哮散穴位贴敷治疗小儿哮喘效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the cough and wheezing for the therapeutic effect of Acupoint Application in the treatment of asthmatic children.[Methods]Using randomized controlled methods, 91 patients were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 46 cases of oral medicine. Lung yin deficiency,were mad that the pill(Shudihuang 24g,Shanyurou,Ganshanyao each 12g,Zexie,Fuling without peel 9g,Wuweizi 6g),1 doses of /d,water simmer in water 100mL,1 /d,oral;Qi deficiency of lung and spleen,Yuping Feng San Jiawei(Baizhu,Mamendong,Baishaoyao,Wuweizi each 6g,Huangqi, Longgu,Muli,Danshen each 10g,Gancao,Guizhi,Fangfeng each 3g,Hongzao 5 gag),water simmer in water 100mL,1 /d,oral. The treatment group of 45 cases of acupoint application. Cough scattered square(Gansui 30g,Baijiezi,Baizhi,Huangqin,Xixin each 15g,Rougui 5g),put the medicine research into Ximo,ginger juice,with the diameter of 2cm medicine cake. Usage:apply medicine cake were posted on the Feishu,Tiantu, gaohuang acupuncture point,bilateral Dashu,fixed,4h/,2 /7d,sticking. Continuous treatment with 14d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms,clinical symptoms,adverse reaction. Continuous 3 courses of treatment,the curative effect. 7 cases of group therapy.[Results]18 cases were effective,20 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 55.56%. The control group was 3 cases,effective 17 cases,invalid 26 cases,the total efficiency of 43.48%. The treatment group was better than control group(P< 0.05). The clinical symptoms of the treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05).[Conclusion]Cough asthma scattered acupoint sticking therapy for asthma effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
