艾灸法加香砂六君子汤治疗脾胃虚弱型妊娠恶阻随机平行对照研究

Moxibustion plus Xiangsha Liujunzi Treat Stomach Weakness of Vomiting of Pregnancy Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察艾灸法加香砂六君子汤治疗脾胃虚弱型妊娠恶阻疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将32例住院及门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组16例西药治疗。治疗组16例艾灸法加香砂六君子汤。①艾灸法:取穴:中脘、足三里双、内关双。艾条悬起灸:3~4个穴位/次,5~10min/穴,1~3次/d,视病情而定。②香砂六君子汤(党参、白术、茯苓各10g,半夏、陈皮、生姜、木香各6g,砂仁9g);1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚口服。连续治疗3d为1疗程。观测临床症状、中医征候积分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈7例,显效5例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率93.75%,痊愈率43.75%。对照组痊愈3例,显效5例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率87.50%,痊愈率18.75%。痊愈率治疗组优于对照组(P【0.05)。中医征候积分治疗组优于对照组(P【0.05)。[结论]艾灸法加香砂六君子汤治疗脾胃虚弱型妊娠恶阻疗效显著,值得推广使用。

[Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion combined with TCM for treatingpregnancy vomiting.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,32 cases of inpatient and outpatients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group,16 cases of western medicine. Moxibustion treatment group 16 cases plus Xiangsha Liujunzi. ① Moxibustion:acupoints:Zhongwan,Zusanli(double),the customs pairs. Hanging from the moxa moxibustion:3 to 4 points / times,5 ~ 10min / hole,1 to 3 times / d,depending on the illness. ② Xiangsha Liujunzi(Codonopsis 10g,Atractylodes 10g,Poria 10g,Pinellia 6g,dried tangerine peel 6g,woody 6g,Amomum 9g,ginger 6g);1 does / d,decoction 400mL,sooner or later orally. 3d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,signs integral medicine,adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]In the treatment group,7 cases were cured, 5 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,1 case were invalid,the total efficiency was 93.75%. In the control group,3 cases were cured,5 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 87.50%. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05). The TCM symptom integral of the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Using moxibustion by warming the meridians,mediating the qi and blood, Strengthen the spleen and stomach treating vomiting during pregnancy,the patient was well tolerated. And no significant adverse reactions were obseved,more effective than Western medicine infusion control group,worthy of promotion.
