辨证分型联合二消散外敷治疗类风湿性关节炎随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察辨证分型联合二消散外敷治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将98例门诊患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组46例甲氨蝶呤片,7.5mg^15mg/次,1次/7d,口服。洛索洛芬钠片,60mg/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组52例①辨证分型。a.痰瘀交阻型,身痛逐淤汤、桃红四物汤。b.风寒湿型,黄芪桂枝五物汤。c.气血两虚型,独活寄生汤。d.风湿热型,桂枝合白虎汤。均1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。②外敷。二消散(透骨草、细辛、生川乌、伸筋草、生草乌各20g),1剂/d,上药研末加蜂蜜调匀,平铺纱布上,外敷关节处,1次/2d。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈17例,显效23例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率96.15%。对照组痊愈4例,显效14例,有效22例,无效6例,总有效率86.96%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证分型联合二消散外敷治疗类风湿性关节炎效果显著,值得推广。

The above reagents are 1 / d,boiling water 500 ml,oral sooner or later. ② apply. 2 lift(Tougucao,Xixin,Shengchuanwu,Shengjincao,Shengwucao each 20g),1 / d,will grind into powder appropriate honey to make the above drugs,flat out on the non-woven gauze,smooth connection in the joints,change of 1/2 d. Continuous treatment of 10 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment,judge curative effect.[Results]The treatment group cure of 17 cases,23 cases had marked effect,10 cases of effective and ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 96.15%. Control group healed in 4 cases,14 cases were markedly effective,effective 22 cases,6 no effect,the total effective rate was 86.96%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P< 0.05).
