摘要
[目的]建立高效液相色谱法测定四物颗粒剂中芍药苷、阿魏酸含量方法。[方法]采用C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.7%冰醋酸=38:62;流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:320nm;柱温:30℃,进样量:20μL。[结果]芍药苷的平均含量为10.03mg/g,阿魏酸的平均含量为176.7ug/g。[结论]高效液相色谱法测定四物颗粒剂中芍药苷、阿魏酸的含量,操作简便,结果可靠,可用于四物颗粒剂质量控制。
[Objective]Determination IV granules paeoniflorin, ferulic acid build high-performance liquid chromatography.[Methods]C18 column(250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm); mobile phase: methanol-0.7% acetic acid = 38: 62; Flow rate: 1.0ml/min; detection wavelength: 320nm; column temperature: 30 ℃, injection volume: 20μL.[Results]The average content of paeoniflorin was 10.03mg / g, the average content of ferulic acid was 176.7ug / g.[Conclusion]Determination four Paeoniflorin Granules by HPLC, ferulic acid, easy to operate, reliable, and can be used for quality control of four Granules.
